Whether you are a job seeker or a company of any size looking for qualified employees, RUMC Job Networking is one of the best opportunities Roswell can offer.

RUMC Job Networking works in partnership with Roswell Inc, as well as the Rotary Club of Roswell and the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, to provide guidance and assistance to job seekers in the Roswell/North Fulton area. As the primary advocate for Roswell businesses, we recognize the enormous value of this organization whose sole focus is providing the local workforce with local employment opportunities. This program, held the second and fourth Mondays of each month, is free of charge and open to the public.

RUMC Job Networking began with two job seekers in 1998, and has since grown to include 27 workshops, resume reviews, free professional headshots, an “Attire to Hire Closet,” mini job fairs, mentors, speakers, recruiters, spiritual guidance and much more. Hundreds and hundreds of job seekers and employers have been able to network and create productive relationships. This program serves to strengthen the local economy and business community by providing local businesses with a local workforce, keeping our city employed.

This is a typical schedule for an RUMC Job Networking event:
• Afternoon & Evening Workshops focused on career achievement, personal and professional growth, resumes, interviewing skills and lots more
• Attire to Hire Closet
• Dinner Program with Speaker

The program also holds “Mini Job Fairs” every 4 to 8 weeks. These job fairs are typically attended by more than 20 companies prepared to fill more than 100 open positions on the spot. Whether you are a job seeker, a recruiter or someone in need of expert guidance, all roads lead to RUMC Job Networking. One chance encounter could mean the difference
