Two and three year olds may take beginners dance classes at one of the city’s rec centers to promote creativity, coordination and confidence. They may broaden their imaginations in a My 1st Art Class that teaches them about paint, modeling materials, fabric and other visual art materials. Older children may opt for ballet, jazz, tap, modern dance, hip hop, theater, photography, drawing, sculpting, voice or even instrument lessons to encourage creative expression and discipline, all while having fun and making new friends.
