In 2024, Pete and Rakhi made the move from Sylva, NC, to Roswell, GA, to embark on a significant $4 million complete renovation of this hotel. With a deep commitment to serving the community, they are excited to offer modernized, affordable, and safe lodging to both travelers and local guests. Pete’s journey in the hospitality industry began in 1996, while Rakhi was born into a family with a rich history of owning and managing independent hotels. This newly renovated hotel features 101 beautifully remodeled rooms and a range of comfort amenities designed to enhance every stay.
