Community Improvement District

The North Fulton Community Improvement District’s mission is to improve the economic viability of its district through development of efficient transportation services, with an emphasis on access, mobility, diversification and modernization. It partners with the three cities that fall within its boundaries – Alpharetta, Milton and Roswell – to design and implement projects that improve the community of North Fulton.

To date, the group has invested $23 Million to bring more than $130 Million of improvements to the district. Notable investments include Windward Parkway Phase II (Triple Left Turn Lane), Alpha Loop, Old Ellis Extension, Bus Shelter Program, Connected Vehicle Program and Davis Drive.
