Steve Stroud is the President & CEO of Roswell Inc, a 501c6 nonprofit that promotes economic development through a public-private partnership with the City of Roswell. Since the organization’s inception in 2012, Stroud has held this position. Under his leadership, Roswell Inc has developed networking, educational and support programs for small businesses, and worked one-on-one with business owners, entrepreneurs and state project managers to retain, expand and recruit businesses to Roswell. Additionally, in 2021, Roswell Inc became an accredited economic development organization (AEDO) through the International Economic Development Council.
Over the last 5 year’s Roswell Inc has worked on more than 550 recruitment, retention and expansion projects, creating or retaining more than 6,200 jobs. Notable projects include GM Innovation Center, GreyOrange, Southern Post mixed-use development, West Alley mixed-use development, Enterprise Super Center, Brixmor Property Group, PGA Superstore, Delta Dental, McKesson, SpringHill Suites and Home2 Suites. Stroud and his team continue to position Roswell as one of the premier cities in the region for innovative, community-minded businesses and entrepreneurs.
Prior to Roswell Inc, Stroud owned and operated his own small business in Roswell, Stroud’s Printing & Design, for 30 years. An active member of the community, Stroud has been involved with civic and nonprofit organizations throughout North Fulton for more than 20 years, currently serving on the board of the North Fulton Community Improvement District , Greater North Fulton Chamber, North Fulton Community Charities, Computer Museum of America and Synovus (Atlanta region). Stroud attended Georgia State University, with a focus in political science. A Roswell native, he remains residing in the city with his wife and daughters.

Ashley Allen has been with Roswell Inc since January 2016 and currently serves as Vice President of Operations & Economic Development. In this role, she oversees the organization’s staff, day-to-day operations, and strategic direction, while also driving fundraising initiatives, project management, and partnership development.
Ashley helped Roswell Inc become accreditation in 2021 and under her leadership successfully navigated reaccreditation in 2024, solidifying its reputation as a top-tier economic development organization in the State of Georgia. Her innovative approach to storytelling earned the organization its first Excellence in Economic Development Award for the 2024 video series “Power of Partnership.” And most recently, she led the team to win the 2025 Al Burrus Creative Expression Award for the podcast “Roswell Brew Talks,” which garnered over 100,000 views in its debut year.
Ashley also spearheads Roswell Inc’s communications and marketing efforts, including executive and brand messaging, digital/social media strategy, and program marketing. Her work ensures the organization’s mission—to empower businesses and foster economic growth—resonates across all platforms.

Events & Programs Specialist
Brooke Foxman joined the Roswell Inc team in July 2024 and currently serves as the Events & Programs Specialist. In this role, she leads the end-to-end planning and execution of all Roswell Inc events. Brooke also contributes to the marketing team, supporting the production of Roswell Brew Talks, developing guest booking strategies, sourcing social media content, and compiling marketing materials that support the organization’s broader communication efforts.
Before joining the team, Brooke worked in financial services, particularly in mortgages and tax preparation. She served as Operations Manager for 5 years at EHome Loan Advisors, a local Roswell mortgage company. She also has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, where she currently holds leadership roles in multiple national organizations.
Outside of work, Brooke resides in Sandy Springs. She enjoys exploring new coffee shops and spending time with her golden doodle, Denver. Her passion for community engagement and her dedication to fostering strong business relationships make her a valuable asset to our team and the businesses she serves.
