Since 2017, four hotel projects—one boutique and three business class— have been announced for Roswell. Home 2 Suites by Hilton, Springhill Suites by Marriott, and Element by Westin will fulfill the business class demand and will be located near much of the city’s Class A office space.
A boutique hotel and mixed-use development in Roswell’s historic district also broke ground in late 2019. The development is a $110+ million investment and will include a 125-room hotel, retail, urban market, outdoor community green space, restaurants, event and office space.
The mixed-use Southern Post development in the heart of the city’s historic district will include 70,000 square feet of office space, 50,000 square feet of retail space, 128 apartments, a parking deck, fitness facilities and a grocery store. This highly anticipated project will serve as a catalyst for additional redevelopment along SR 9/Alpharetta Highway.
