Owner & Executive Chef Pat Pascarella, who was born into an Italian immigrant family, brings the soul of Neapolitan cuisine to life. Chef Pat’s culinary journey began in the kitchens of his mother and grandmother and has taken him through New York, Connecticut, and Atlanta, learning under James Beard Award-winning chefs along the way.
Grana is a tribute to his family’s roots—offering bold, simple, and traditional southern Italian dishes made with love and authenticity.
