A little about the owners:
Don’s time in the classic city that is Athens, GA and UGA grew his passions in different areas of expertise, ultimately reiterating his sustained passion for coffee and hospitality. Cafe Sparrow’s Chef Phillip originates from Columbus, GA, and has spent years growing his culinary skills and passion in Michelin star restaurants of New York. His roots have called him back home to create the meeting of culinary expertise and comfort. Combining their origins from Athens and Columbus, GA, they’ve grown their passion for coffee and food, creating Café Sparrow. A warm neighborhood café for the Roswell and surrounding communities.
