Launched in 2016, our Economic Development Alliance (EDA) is made up of invited key stakeholders within the Roswell business community who are committed to investing in the economic growth and prosperity of the city.  The group includes representatives of all the city’s largest employers, key regional businesses, economic development agencies, and real estate development companies.  EDA members participate in bi-monthly luncheon meetings focused on Roswell’s current economic landscape and addressing challenges that may affect sustainable growth.

Last week, our EDA had the privilege of visiting Kimberly-Clark’s headquarters, which has been located here in Roswell since the early 1980’s on a nearly 100-acre campus situated off of GA-400 at Holcomb Bridge Road. Kimberly-Clark is a renowned manufacturer of leading brands in sanitary paper products and health care instruments, such as Huggies, Kleenex, Cottonelle, Scott and Viva, among many others.

EDA attendees were treated to insightful presentations by Kimberly-Clark’s R&D Director and Director of Global Nonwovens, followed by an engaging tour of Kimberly-Clark’s Research and Development Lab.
