Welcome Flippin’ Pizza, a New York-style pizza franchise with locations throughout the United States. The Roswell location is located just off Marietta Hwy and is the first location in the Southeast.
Flippin’ Pizza prides itself on authenticity. Its pizza, which is available by the slice or pie, is “old school, “I’m-from-Brooklyn-and-you’re-not” pizza.” With only four ingredients, it claims the secret is in the water – filtered New York-style.
We wish Flippin’ Pizza great success! For more information, visit flippinpizza.com.
Last month, we celebrated the dedication of the new Roswell First Station No. 4, located at Old Alabama Road and Market Boulevard. The new 15,000-square-foot location replaced the former station located on Holcomb Bridge. Sitting on three acres, the two- story facility features three engine bays, living quarters on the main level, and sleeping quarters on the second level.
In addition to dedicating the new station, the city unveiled a new art piece that was commissioned for the location – Bucket Brigade by Washington-based artist Peter Reiquam.
Congratulations, Roswell Fire Department, and thank you for all you do for our city.
Congratulations to Linen & Flax on opening a second location. While Linen & Flax Home will keep its doors open on Canton Street, there was so much demand for its farmhouse style that the company expanded its offerings into a newly designed studio space located on Oak Street, called L & F Barn.
The new shop will continue to offer “a modern twist on the traditional farmhouse design, bringing together the clean and classic” but with a slightly more rustic feel – featuring farmhouse, garden and outdoor items.
We hope that Linen & Flax continues to see great success! For more information, visit linenandflax.com.
