As a 501(c)6 nonprofit, we are governed by Roswell Economic Development and Tourism, Inc., a board of directors that also oversees the city’s tourism program, Visit Roswell. This board includes representatives from Roswell’s top employers, regional business leaders, local business owners and entrepreneurs, key industries, and other community stakeholders in both business and tourism.
Meet Allen Barnhart
Allen Barnhart is a seasoned hospitality professional with 25 years of experience spanning hotels, country clubs, and restaurants. He has thrived in various roles, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each sector. Currently, Allen specializes in brand growth and operations, firmly believing that a good company culture is built on the foundation of robust processes and systems. We are thrilled to have him on our Board of Directors.
Meet Davis Myers
Davis Myers serves as the Director of Business Development for Choate Construction Company in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Myers began his career in the construction industry by founding a high-end custom home building business prior to the Great Recession. Since then, he has been involved in all facets of the commercial construction industry, holding positions within both field and office operations, and more recently, leadership roles within business development. Since joining Choate in 2020, the office has experienced record revenue levels for three consecutive years.
Mr. Myers has been active in several industry associations and was named to the 40 Under 40 in Building Design + Construction magazine for 2021. He was elected to the Board of Directors at ABC of Georgia in 2020, is a founding member of GA BUILT, and is also a member of the National Multi Housing Council, Urban Land Institute, Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, and NAOIP.
