Brixmor Property Group, a leading owner and operator of high-quality, open air shopping centers, has relocated the company’s regional office to Roswell, bringing 50 jobs to the city.
Brixmor owns the retail center Holcomb Bridge Crossing located near the corner of Old Alabama Road and Holcomb Bridge Road.  They rightsized the anchor PGA TOUR Superstore to 51,000 square feet and converted the remaining 12,000 square feet into office space for the company.
“This project is a great story of finding a creative solution to repurpose big box retail space,” said Steve Stroud, executive director of Roswell Inc. “We are thrilled to share this success story and are proud to welcome Brixmor Property Group to Roswell as an official corporate citizen.”
Brixmor officially moved into its new office space on January 26.
“We own and operate 500 retail centers around the country, including 25 centers in the Atlanta area,” said Barry Rodenstein, regional president for Brixmor Property Group. “The move to Roswell allows us to provide an accessible location while improving employee life through modernized spaces and amenities that encourage collaboration and community.”
