Owners of From the Earth Brewing Company, Tim and Lisa Stevens, are  pleased to open the doors of their new concept, Bask Steakhouse to the East Roswell neighborhood.  Located at 1570 Holcomb Bridge Road, on the eastside of GA400, the restaurant offers a one-of-a-kind  experience for steak lovers, including a highly selective choice of prime meats with both dry- and wet-aged options. Bask aims to create a welcoming fine dining destination that takes visitors on a  memorable journey and opens all the senses to bask in an incredible exploration of flavor and  interaction.

“Opening an upscale steakhouse has always been a dream of mine,” say Tim Stevens. “After opening  From the Earth Brewing Company, I realized there was a need in Roswell for more elevated style dining,  that is when the concept of Bask was born. We have searched high and low to find the best prime beef  to be able to serve and look forward to offering both Meats by Linz and Allen Brothers steaks.”

Since the age of 15, Stevens pursued his passion to excel in the hospitality industry with a determination  and willingness to take on any position that would cultivate his career. His work experience initiated as a  server at a country club in Clearwater, Florida, followed by numerous restaurants throughout Atlanta  upon relocation. From there, Stevens attended Georgia State University focusing on a degree in  Hospitality Administration, and quickly became a recognized name in management positions within the  renowned Buckhead Life Restaurant Group (BLRG). At the time, Stevens was the youngest BLRG General  Manager holding positions at Nava and Chops Steakhouse & Lobster Bar. His position at Chops led him  to win the highly praised “Best Wine List” from Wine Spectator for his curated wine selection and “Best  Service in Atlanta” from Creative Loafing. Stevens went on to continue in the Atlanta culinary scene to  serve in executive level roles with Culinary Concepts as General Manager at MARKET Buckhead followed  by General Manager for Cook Hall, both based in the W Hotel Atlanta Buckhead (now Hotel Colee). In  2017, From the Earth Brewing Company made its debut in Roswell and has thrived as a staple both  inside and outside the community.

Local foodies will enjoy a decidedly southern seasonal menu that is locally sourced from Martin’s  Garden at Coleman Farms in downtown Roswell. Executive Chef, Joey Stallings, has nearly 20 years of  experience within the culinary industry and has some distinct menu items planned for Bask patrons. The  drink menu boasts an exclusive wine list hand selected from Napa Valley, craft cocktails and locally  brewed beers. Architects at Johnson Studio at Cooper Carry created a 1920’s club-like feel for the new  restaurant providing a space where guests will love the ambiance as much as the food.
