Canton Place Development has released new conceptual renderings and information about the boutique hotel and mixed-use development coming to Roswell’s historic district. The $88.2 million investment is projected to be completed in 2020 and will include a 125-room hotel, retail, urban market, restaurants, event space, and office space.
Located within the boundaries of Magnolia Street, Mimosa Boulevard and Webb Street, the new development is being created with a vision to enhance the walkability and connectivity of Roswell’s well-known downtown district. Plans include multiple structured entry points for the retail, restaurant, hotel and garden spaces, helping with easy access for foot traffic to ensure the safety and aesthetic flow of the development.
Groundbreaking for the project is scheduled for October.  For more information, click here.
