On September 23,
our retail study partner, NextSite, attended the city’s Mayor and Council Work Session to provide updated key findings on the shopping patterns and consumer behavior within the city’s six retail corridors, which included a look at demographics, favorite places, length of stay, numbers of visits, along with a discussion on national retail trends.

These updated findings are part of our three-year retail study in partnership with Georgia Power. Conducted by leading retail consulting group NextSite, the study provides ongoing research and data on Roswell’s six main commercial corridors identified as the city’s largest retail shopping areas.

The initial key findings were presented to Mayor and Council on July 9, 2018.
