Owner Marcus Dickman was born in Roswell and grew up in New Orleans where he spent many hours in his family’s kitchen, experiencing Louisiana culture and cuisine firsthand. After many years of working in the restaurant industry, Marcus debuted Bayou’Q Bistreaux & Bar on Canton Street, a highly-awaited destination for house-smoked meats and authentic Cajun cuisine.
