Spice of Thai
Roswell loves its restaurants, and the first of two restaurants we welcomed this month was Spice of Thai. Previously Aiyara Thai Cuisine, the restaurant is now under new management. It’s open for lunch and dinner and offers a variety of delicious Thai dishes, including several vegetarian options.

Fellowship Christian School
We recently celebrated the exciting expansion of Fellowship Christian School’s new high school building. The new space is 55,000 square feet of state-of-the-art facilities, including a new STEM and fabrication lab, spacious collaboration classroom, large multi-purpose performance studio, active learning media center, student plaza and green space, digital media lab and 2D/3D art gallery. The building is designed to serve up to 450 high school students and will house its four college preparatory diploma tracks.

Our second restaurant ribbon cutting of the month took us to the Mediterranean with delicious gyros and falafels.
