In October of 2014, Lisa Stevens formed MKT Collaborative, a boutique marketing firm specializing in the built environment. She has spent over fourteen years immersed in the commercial real estate industry learning the essentials of what makes great, effective marketing for design and construction firms. She has had the good fortune to work with a very diverse group of people in the industry including developers, general contractors, architects, engineers and subcontractors. This background enables Lisa to provide invaluable diversity with her knowledge and marketing approach as well as bring beneficial relationships to her clients. She helps build brands to add measurable value to growth-focused firms.
In addition to her role at MKT, Lisa, along with her husband Tim, own From the Earth Brewing Company. FTE opened its doors in October 2017 in east Roswell, providing a unique brewpub experience to the community and surrounding areas. FTE focuses on serving amazing food made with premium ingredients and a lot of love with well-balanced craft beers and cocktails. Lisa brought her marketing expertise to FTE, playing an integral role in branding the brewery and brewpub, as well as efforts in community outreach and involvement in successful local events.
When she is not fully immersed in her clients marketing, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their 5-year-old daughter Maddie, and stepdaughters Jordan and Kinsley. She has been an avid tennis player for over 25 years and has played both ALTA and USTA, although she’s also known to swing a golf club or two! Lisa received a “10 under 40” Award from Roswell Magazine in 2019, which recognizes and honors the top young professionals under forty who have made significant impacts in their careers and in the Roswell community. For over ten years, she has been an advocate and Advisory Council member for The Drake House, a non-profit organization that provides short-term crisis housing, education and empowerment programs for homeless single mothers and their children. Lisa is also one of the newest members of Roswell Economic Development and Tourism, Inc, the board of directors that oversees Roswell Inc as well as Visit Roswell.
Steve Siders, CFP® is a Partner with Odyssey Personal Financial Advisors. Steve is passionate about serving his clients as a steward of their financial affairs, and he thoughtfully serves the people in our area through community and service organizations.
Steve began his personal finance career in 2000 as a financial planner for AXA Advisors and completed the Oglethorpe University Financial Planning program in 2001. He joined his current firm in 2003 and through 2006 and 2007 he partnered with another advisor to acquire the firm and rebrand it as Odyssey Personal Financial Advisors.
A native of Springfield, OH, Steve earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Penn State University with a specialization in supply chain logistics. He was a supply chain management consultant with Manugistics Group (now JDA Software Group) in Rockville, MD and a production planning manager with Riverwood International (now Graphics Packaging International) here in Atlanta before realizing he wanted a more purposeful career caring for others and building personal relationships.
Steve enjoys living and working in Roswell with his wife, two daughters and two golden retrievers. In addition to serving as a board member of Roswell Economic Development and Tourism, Inc., Steve also serves on the board of the Milton Softball On Deck Club and has valued his membership in the Rotary Club of North Fulton since 2007. He was President of the club in 2011, Rotarian of the Year in 2021 and he currently serves as the club’s Foundation chair and committee chair for their annual North Fulton Interfaith Prayer breakfast.
