Lonnie Mimms has over 35 years of experience working in the Commercial Real Estate industry. In his role as CEO of Mimms Enterprises, his primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, overseeing the company’s fiscal activity and providing strategic direction of the company.

Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Mimms spent 22 years in several capacities for Mimms Enterprises and Malon D. Mimms Company from Chief Financial Officer to sales acquisition, finance, leasing and construction.  Lonnie is a native of Atlanta and graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

A lifelong computer enthusiast, Lonnie is the founder of the Computer Museum of America located in Roswell, GA where he supervises all aspects of the museum and is the acting curator. He is also the co-founder of the Vintage Computer Festival Southeast.

Mimms currently serves as the Vice President of Roswell Economic Development & Tourism, Inc., the board of directors that oversees Roswell Inc and Visit Roswell.

Jon-Paul-Croom

Jon-Paul Croom is the President of Wellstar North Fulton Hospital, a 202-bed facility located in Roswell, GA. Croom joined Wellstar in April of 2017. Wellstar North Fulton Hospital is one of Georgia’s only Level Il Trauma Centers and delivers services including cardiovascular services, women’s services, Pain & Spine Center, Wound Care & Hyperbarics, and inpatient rehabilitation. North Fulton Hospital is a Primary Stroke Center and accredited Chest Pain Center.

Croom previously served as CEO for the 429-bed Central Mississippi Medical Center (CMMC) in Jackson, Miss., CEO for Merit Health Rankin in Brandon, Miss., chief operating officer for Clearview Regional Medical Center in Monroe, GA and chief operating officer for Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia. Additionally, he served on the board of the Mississippi chapter of March of Dimes.

Croom received his bachelor’s degree from Mercer University, in Macon, Ga. and a master’s degree in both business administration and health administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Croom has family in the Roswell area and lives with his wife and three kids.
