Sarah Zibanejadrad Beeson oversees operations at Oasis Consulting Services, a woman-owned 50-employee environmental and geotechnical professional services firm which has been based in Roswell for over two decades. In addition to her professional leadership role and her position on the Roswell Inc. Board of Directors, Sarah also serves as a member of the Leadership Council for the National Small Business Association and on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Association of Environmental Professionals.

Sarah has previously served as Communications Chair on the Board of Directors for Advance Atlanta (2018-2019) – a nonprofit dedicated to expanding transit access throughout the metro region. Prior to joining her family’s environmental consulting firm, she worked in communications for a national nonprofit organization with more than four million members. She received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Georgia, where she is currently pursuing her PhD part-time in Environmental Design and Planning. Additionally, Sarah also holds a Master’s of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Maryland, University Commons.

Sarah has called Roswell home since she was a young child – and now, alongside her husband Tommy, she’s raising two children here of her own. Because of her attachment to the community in Roswell, her life-long experience as being part of a family-owned small business, and her formal education in business, environmental management, and urban planning, she brings a unique passion and perspective as a member of the Roswell, Inc. Board of Directors.
